Our History - Founded in 1992, Performance Connections International (PCI) prides itself in getting measurable results for clients. Prior to founding PCI, the PCI partners were senior executives who managed such notable firms as Citicorp, CVS, Blessing White, MOHR and Provant. They came together with a vision of providing solutions that work, are more holistic, and go beyond classroom satisfaction to clearly impact the bottom line. 

Our Approach - PCI translates behavioral science research and business best practices into concrete employee engagement and customer engagement strategies that ensure measurable business results. Our clients range from Fortune 1000 firms to smaller privately owned companies. We only work with a limited number of clients at any time to ensure we provide comprehensive solutions and that they get our fullest attention and best resources.
